1. Define Flip-flop. What are all its types? Draw the circuit diagram along with symbols. Give its truth table and its Excitation table.

2. Write the procedure for designing a sequential circuit   (ii) A sequential circuit has two flip-flops say A and B, two inputs say X and Y and output Z. The flip-flop input function s and the circuit output functions are as follows.

            J_A= XB+Y’B’, J_B=XA’, Z= XYA+X’Y’B, K_A=XY’B’, K_B=XY’+A

Obtain State Table, State diagram and State Equation.
